Joe Seccombe
Director
Joe Seccombe, the driving force behind Kurb Lettings, has dedicated over a decade to mastering the property industry. From humble beginnings as an electrician to establishing Kurb Lettings and Seccombe Building & Maintenance, Joe has built a thriving portfolio and worked on multi-million-pound projects. Kurb Lettings was born out of Joe's personal frustration with traditional letting agents who failed to efficiently manage properties and left tenants dissatisfied.
Kate Halas
Operations Director & Head of Property Management
With over 20 years of experience in the lettings industry, Kate is an invaluable asset to Kurb Lettings. Having worked for several high-street letting agents, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Kate has successfully managed large site developments and contracts, demonstrating her exceptional skills in navigating the complexities of property compliance and maintenance. Fluent in both English and Polish.
Slawomir Halas
Director of Building and Maintenance
Slawek leads Seccombe Building & Maintenance, the dedicated maintenance arm of Kurb Lettings. A skilled plumber by trade, Slawek brings over 15 years of experience in the property and lettings market. For nearly a decade, he has worked closely with Joe Seccombe, delivering million-pound projects and ensuring the seamless maintenance of properties owned and managed by Kurb Lettings.
Savannah Courtenay
Lettings Manager
Savannah manages the day-to-day lettings operations with a strong focus on ensuring smooth, efficient, and stress-free tenancies. She acts as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants, building strong and trusting relationships while delivering consistently high level of service, professionalism, and clear communication. Fluent in Spanish, having been born and raised in Spain.
